The only personal data collected is gathered via the quote request form, when you fill it in voluntarily :

• Name or company name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Nature and description of your project

No browsing is tracked and no profiling is carried out.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to process your request, contact you and, where applicable, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent (box ticked on sending) together with the pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6 GDPR).

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the Cetilux staff handling requests. The form opens your email client and the message is sent directly to Cetilux, with no intermediary or processor. No data is sold or transferred for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and, where applicable, the business relationship, for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, before deletion or archiving.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@cetilux.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the national data protection authority (CNPD), 15 Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg.

Cookies and fonts

This website uses no analytics cookies and no advertising trackers.
